    Sulphur is known for its bright yellow color; it’s a non-metallic chemical element. The usage of Sulphur helps manufacturing various products including fertilizers, chemicals,

    paints, rubber products, medicines, fibers, sugar, detergents, plastics, paper, etc.  Mainly used as a fertilizer, sulphur-containing fertilizer are commonly divided into two groups: those enclosing sulfate, and those enclosing elemental sulphur. The latter are the most concentrated sulfur carriers. However, there is a process: it has to be oxidized into sulfate form, such as granular sulfur so that it can be used for direct application.

    Most sulphur transferred around the world is done as a bulk solid.  It is stored in the open in huge stockpiles ready to be transported, melted and used in the production of sulophuric acid. Lump sulfur is produced from crushing large pieces of sulfur thus creating irregular and sharp edges, which can be easily broken into smaller parts.
